Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and help clients maximize refunds while guiding them through future planning.

The role combines tax expertise with community engagement, acting as a local face for TurboTax and driving growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience with 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Build local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and assist clients in using Intuit solutions.
