Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site and virtual tax services at locations across the United States. You will deliver full‑service tax preparation, personalised advice, and collaboration with business tax, bookkeeping, and advisory teams.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local market growth, and maintaining a hands-on approach with clients to build long‑term relationships. Training, uniforms, and marketing support are included.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours/week minimum
• Willing to wear uniforms and be featured in marketing
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events
• Coordinate with specialists for end-to-end client solutions
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and clear tax guidance
