Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns, advise clients, and grow a local TurboTax presence. You will work onsite, collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a comprehensive client solution.

Ideal candidates have tax credentials, PTIN, and 3+ years filing experience, plus a drive to engage with the local community and expand client relationships using Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, events, and community partnerships.
• Guide clients through full Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and utilize marketing tools to drive loyalty.
