Intuit, Inc. is seeking Tax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes and advise clients at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will work onsite with a team of specialists, delivering end-to-end tax services and building a local client base.

You will grow the TurboTax business in the community, collaborate with marketing, and connect clients to related Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll. A strong customer focus and willingness to upskill are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Act as a local community ambassador, growing the customer base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) to address needs and drive long-term relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, both in person and via video tools.
