Intuit Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit’s ecosystem. You’ll engage in local outreach and deliver end-to-end tax solutions with a strong client focus.

Role emphasizes collaboration with tax professionals and community ambassadors, including growth activities and training to expand services beyond filing.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours/week minimum, typical hours 8am–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex.
• Act as community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base with outreach.
• Connect clients to broader Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience with professional service.
