Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and support Intuit’s mission at local TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will handle in-person and virtual tax scenarios, collaborate with specialists, and grow a trusted local client base while delivering a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience. This role emphasizes strong tax knowledge, client relationship building, and the ability to work onsite with a team.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and manage in-person and virtual client meetings.
