You will collaborate with a team of specialists, grow the local client base, and ensure an end-to-end Intuit experience for individuals and small businesses. The role emphasizes community engagement, training, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Assist with related services beyond tax filing when needed.
