Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in Ohio. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with tax and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end service for clients.

You will build local client relationships, lead community outreach, and leverage Intuit tools to grow a thriving local business while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including compliance training, up-skilling, cross-training of other products, and professional development.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local client base for TurboTax.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Build lasting client relationships and trust through tax engagements and meetings.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist clients in achieving financial goals.
