Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams in Ohio.

You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, working closely with specialists to deliver end-to-end service in a collaborative environment. You'll build local relationships, drive community engagement, and help customers navigate personal and business tax needs, from W-2s to complex filings, while growing a local client base with marketing support

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney preferred with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040s using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office and available 20 hours/week, Mon-Fri.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partner with marketing tools.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term engagements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist clients in reducing tax liabilities and increasing refunds.
