Job summary

Intuit, Inc. invites qualified tax professionals to join a TurboTax Local Service Expert team in Ohio.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, give expert guidance on personal and business taxes, and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions to clients. As a local ambassador, you will grow the client base, lead community events, and help clients understand the full Intuit ecosystem, including payroll, bookkeeping, and planning services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, ~20 hrs/week.
• Complete required training and development as directed.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and guide clients through tax-related questions.
