Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in Ohio. You will provide tax expertise, prepare returns, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service to in-person and virtual clients.

You’ll grow your local client base, build relationships, and participate in community outreach while following Intuit's standards and training. The role requires on-site presence and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as required.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
