Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation, expert advisory support, and local client growth in Ohio. You’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences, helping customers navigate personal and business taxes while building lasting community relationships.

Role emphasizes in-person and virtual client meetings, ongoing training, and active participation in local marketing initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours/week min.
• Must complete training and wear uniforms; willing to appear in advertising.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex.
• Deliver future tax planning advice and deductions optimization.
