Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax prep and advisory services at a TurboTax location in Ohio. You will work closely with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for personal and business tax needs, helping clients save money and plan for the future.

The role emphasizes community engagement, in-person and virtual client interactions, and growing the local TurboTax client base while leveraging marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes; 3+ years of 1040 returns experience.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and marketing tools.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for client needs.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00
