Intuit is hiring on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert tax advice. You will work with a team of specialists to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for personal and business tax scenarios.

You will engage with the local community to build relationships, drive client growth, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via TurboTax

• Proven tax preparation experience with personal and business returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow the client base and build relationships.
• Coordinate with a network of Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end services.
• Develop relationships with clients to convert transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and video interactions.
