Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, providing hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with a network of specialists within Intuit to deliver end-to-end solutions, grow the local client base, and build long-term relationships while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Formación

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll and planning.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
• Assist clients in understanding complete financial pictures.
