Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You’ll perform full-service tax preparation and provide expert guidance while coordinating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience. Your role emphasizes understanding each client’s financial picture, growing the local client base, and representing TurboTax in community events with a focus on service

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Mon–Fri) for ≥20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and participate in training programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as community ambassador, building local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) as appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
