Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs, both in-person and virtually.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, driving growth through outreach and partnerships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep—30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for full service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
