Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide tax expertise, serve clients in person and virtually, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions. You will engage with local communities, build relationships, and help clients achieve financial goals using TurboTax tools and services.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a turboTax office; 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00–17:00.
• Must reside in the United States and obtain required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Identify deductions, optimize tax outcomes, and plan for future taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences in-person and via video tools.
