Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver expert tax preparation and personalised tax planning at dedicated TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a collaborative team, serving in-person and virtual clients, while expanding the local customer base through community events and partnerships. You’ll help clients navigate complex tax scenarios and leverage Intuit’s ecosystem for ongoing guidance.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep experience (personal and/or business).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Must be comfortable onsite at TurboTax location, 20 h/week min.
• Willing to complete training and wear company uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and foster relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax office between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, 20 hours per week.
