Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert advice while growing a local client base and coordinating with a team of specialists to provide end-to-end Intuit services.

You’ll engage with clients in person and virtually, handle diverse tax situations, and participate in community events to build relationships and drive prosperity in your local area.

Qualifications

• Experience with personal and business tax scenarios.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and IRS rules.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Onsite work availability 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
