Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes onsite, advise clients, and collaborate with professionals across Intuit’s ecosystem. You’ll engage with local clients, build relationships, and contribute to growth in your community while delivering comprehensive, end-to-end tax services.

You’ll work with personal and business tax scenarios, including complex filings, and leverage TurboTax software and CRM tools to ensure accuracy and a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is preferred.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office in the U.S.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in branding.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business returns.
• Drive local growth by attracting and retaining clients and building a local network.
• Collaborate with team across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
