Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at new locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, offer personalized advice, and help clients navigate complex tax situations while promoting Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity.

You’ll drive local growth by building relationships, hosting financial literacy events, and coordinating with TurboTax marketing tools to reach prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, Monday–Friday.
• Upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local customer base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and events.
• Guide clients to Intuit ecosystem and cross-sell services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience during in-person and remote interactions.
