Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide in-person and virtual tax services at a local TurboTax location. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while coordinating with a broader team of specialists to address complex client needs.

You’ll be a community ambassador, actively growing your local client base, hosting events, and leveraging TurboTax marketing tools to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 tax returns per season using professional software
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax law
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax offices and engage bilingual communications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business scenarios
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location with standard hours and required training
