Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on‑site tax preparation, advice, and product support at a TurboTax location. You will work with clients in person and virtually, building relationships and delivering end‑to‑end tax solutions within the Intuit ecosystem.

You will grow the local business, educate clients on available services, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios while upholding Intuit’s standards for service quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping/payroll/advisory) with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours per week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising with name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year‑round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
