Intuit, Inc. is seeking talented individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team.

You will perform on-site, full-service tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with a broad team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You will also grow the local client base and build lasting relationships within the community, leveraging marketing support and software tools.

Formación

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
