Intuit Inc. seeks talented TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for both in-person and virtual clients.

You will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, grow the local customer base, and foster lasting relationships through community engagement and marketing resources. This is a nonexempt, onsite role with training and uniform requirements.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office (8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week).
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and clear tax guidance.
