Intuit Careers is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work onsite, providing full-service tax prep, expert advice, and software support while building a local client base. You will collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end solutions and drive year‑round prosperity in your community.

The role emphasizes personal connection, client education, and leveraging Intuit resources for ongoing support.

Qualificações

EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory with training.
Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.
Willing to complete training and comply with policies; uniforms and advertising use.
English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsabilidades

Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
Lead local growth through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
Build relationships and ensure clients see a clear path with Intuit resources.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
