Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering thorough tax preparation and expert guidance for individuals and small businesses. You will partner with specialists to cover full financial needs, and actively grow the local client base through outreach, events, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location; 20 hours per week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services.
• Engage clients in year-round Intuit ecosystem offerings and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via digital tools.
