Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will work with clients in-person and virtually, building relationships and guiding them through complex tax scenarios.

The role emphasizes community engagement and collaboration with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services. You will also contribute to growing the local client base, participate in events, and leverage marketing tools

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s/season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists for complete financial services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear, personalized tax guidance.
• Engage clients in ongoing tax planning and education to foster loyalty.
