Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance to individuals and small businesses.

You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, collaborate with specialized teams, and help grow the local TurboTax client base. You will partner with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning professionals to provide end-to-end support, ensuring a seamless Intuit experience and long-term client

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or licensed attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships; be the local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address完整 needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
