Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax preparation and advisory work at a local TurboTax site in the United States. You will work on-site, serving in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

The role emphasizes community outreach, client growth, and leveraging Intuit resources to expand the local client base while providing personalized tax guidance and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
