Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and expert tax guidance at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work on-site, serve both in-person and virtual clients, and coordinate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You will engage with clients on ongoing tax planning, mentorship, and community outreach to attract new clients and foster long-term relationships, while utilizing TurboTax marketing

Qualifications

EA/CPA or Practicing Attorney licensed to file taxes (PTIN active).
3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
Willing to upskill into additional service types.
Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsabilités

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax clients.
Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and marketing support.
