Job summary

Intuit is hiring year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to staff new locations across the United States. You will provide hands‑on tax advice, complete returns, and guide clients toward the full Intuit ecosystem while building a local customer base.

Role emphasizes community engagement, professional development, and delivering a best‑in‑class client experience in person and via TurboTax tools. Must reside in the United States and be open to on‑site hours.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 prep with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, 20+ hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, advise on planning.
• Lead local outreach, events, and community partnerships to grow business.
• Act as local face of TurboTax and connect clients with Intuit solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist with inquiries.
