Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services, serving as a trusted advisor and local face of TurboTax.

You’ll build relationships in the community, drive local growth through outreach and events, and collaborate with Intuit resources to offer integrated financial services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll) with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office location 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, ≥20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be willing to be used in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex cases.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to build and grow a local customer base.
• Drive local growth via outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions beyond tax filing (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience onsite and online.
