Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at local TurboTax locations in the United States. You will engage with clients, understand their full financial picture, and collaborate with a team of specialists to provide end-to-end solutions.

You will grow the local client base through outreach, events, and marketing support, while helping clients navigate personal and business tax needs with a holistic advisory approach.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with provided training.
• Comfortable onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business returns and planning.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll and advisory offerings.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients to convert transactions into ongoing engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences using in-person and video tools.
