Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts for our new locations in the United States. You will provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services, while actively building a local client base and partnering with TurboTax marketing tools to raise brand awareness.

This onsite role requires 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and opportunities to grow into broader tax advisory services within Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Lead local community outreach to grow TurboTax presence and client base.
• Deliver tax planning advice and connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
