Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem in a collaborative team setting.

You'll help grow the local TurboTax client base, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and work closely with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. Onsite hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as required.
• Willing to wear uniforms and appear in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base with community outreach and referrals.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist with complex tax scenarios.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit service.
