Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You’ll help grow the local client base and build lasting relationships within your community. In this part-time, nonexempt role, you will work 20 hours per week between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with training, uniforms, and

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attourney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, 20 hrs/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in-person and via TurboTax tools to resolve tax questions.
