Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance to individuals and small businesses. You will engage with clients to understand their complete financial picture and coordinate with a broader team for integrated advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Expertise in handling personal and business tax scenarios and deductions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) as appropriate.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and virtually, and maintain compliant practices.
