Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join us as TurboTax Local Service Experts in your community, providing full-service tax return preparation and expert tax guidance. You will work onsite, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week; training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Identify deductions, plan taxes, and provide planning advice.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
