Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Local Service Experts. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advice, while coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours weekly.
• Willing to complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising using your name.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence for the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador, growing the local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage in local events and online content creation to raise TurboTax awareness.
