You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and small businesses optimize filings while growing the local client base and promoting Intuit solutions. The role blends in-person service with virtual support, emphasizes community outreach, and requires on-site presence with a 20+ hour weekly schedule, primarily during tax season.

Qualifications

• Provide hands-on tax preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and small business scenarios.
• Must maintain credentials (EA/CPA or attorney) and PTIN as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience both in person and via virtual tools.
