Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide comprehensive tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, manage complex tax scenarios, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping and payroll to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community initiatives, and represent Intuit in a trusted, hands-on advisor role with flexible hours during tax season.

Qualificações

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location for 20+ hours per week (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Willing to complete training and upskilling as required by the business.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and drive referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
