Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice in an on-site TurboTax location.

You will interact with in-person and virtual clients, delivering a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience and expanding the local client base with support from marketing resources. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure each client achieves a clear financial path, including ongoing advisory

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a range of tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to full Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location and participate in ongoing training and development.
