Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will deliver hands-on tax advice, full-service tax return preparation, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to provide year-round support and growth in your local market. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours weekly.
• Training and uniform requirements as determined by the business.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with on-site meetings and virtual support.
