Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax preparation and personalized tax guidance. You will connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, while growing the local client base through outreach and events.

You will advise clients, prepare returns, and collaborate with a team to ensure a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience for a diverse clientele, including

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow name/photo advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Bridge client needs with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
