Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations, serving in-person and virtual clients with full-service tax preparation and expert advice. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience.

Grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage marketing support to build relationships and expand TurboTax services year-round.

Competenze

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for the future.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and virtually.
