Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, servicing in-person and virtual clients with full-service tax return preparation and expert advice. You will become a trusted guide through personal and business tax scenarios, delivering accurate solutions and proactive planning.

You'll grow the local client base, foster long-term relationships, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning while leveraging marketing

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years with 1040 federal/state returns using professional software.
• onsite 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients.
• Grow local client base and manage long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive client solutions.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
