Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to join on-site teams across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support for personal and business clients while collaborating with a broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end solutions. You’ll grow a local client base, build relationships, and support year-round prosperity in your community, leveraging TurboTax tools and marketing resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to grow into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Willing to work onsite, 20 hours per week, with training and uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
