Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns for personal and small business clients, and expand TurboTax’s local client base through community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite, 20+ hours per week, with training.
• Willing to complete required training and certifications as needed.
• Willing to wear uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, both in-person and via video tools.
